Initial Evaluation $250

Every great plan of care starts with a thorough initial evaluation. A comprehensive history will be taken and past medical history will be reviewed. Here mutual goals will be established. Next comes the objective part of the evaluation where biomechanics are assessed, quantity and quality of motion, soft tissue and joint mobility that lay the foundation for the proper treatment strategy. We discuss recommendations at home. A follow up email summarizing will be sent within 24 hours of the session.

Wellness Visit $150

If you are pain free and not a candidate for physical therapy but want direction on improving your strength, flexibility, sport specific training than this is the option for you

Follow Up $200

A combination of and not limited to:

- Therapeutic Exercise (review of previous and appropriate progressions)

- Manual Therapy

- Soft Tissue Mobilization

- Joint Mobilization

- Contract - Relax Rhythmic Stabilization

- Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)

- Taping

- Home Exercise Progression

The prices listed above apply to self-pay patients; these costs may be eligible for reimbursement by submitting a Superbill to your commercial health insurance provider. If you have Medicare Part B as your primary insurance, then your cost per visit is typically $0 per session. Please contact me to discuss further.
